Emily is a pre-licensed art therapist and yoga instructor who enjoys helping teens and adults explore creative ways to express themselves and navigate life's challenges.

She believes art therapy is for everyone—you don't have to consider yourself an artist to benefit from it. Art can be an accessible tool for exploring emotions, building coping skills, and learning more about yourself.

Emily meets clients where they are and follows their lead, offering ideas and suggestions while making sure clients have a voice in what feels right for them. She may incorporate creative approaches, art therapy, and yoga-based tools into sessions based on each client's needs and interests.

When Emily incorporates yoga, she focuses less on fitness and more on the therapeutic tools yoga offers. Simple practices involving breath and gentle movement can help regulate the nervous system and create a greater sense of calm and connection.

Above all, Emily's goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel empowered to understand themselves, discover tools that work for them, and navigate life's difficulties with greater confidence.
