As a team they provide comprehensive assessments (medical history, symptoms, lifestyle, comorbidities) for individualized plans. Their prescribing practices align with evidence-based prescribing with current research and guidelines; careful risk–benefit consideration. They provide regular monitoring and follow-up for response, side effects, adherence, and dose adjustments. They provide coordination with therapists, PCPs, and specialists for continuity of care. They pride themselves on education and support on how medications work, expectations, side-effect management, and adherence. Our team offers flexible in-person and telemedicine options to improve access.
