Zach Sears, MSW LGSW

As a therapist I aspire to guide people through their inner turmoil using their unique internal strengths to achieve their desired life.

Zach is a Licensed Graduate Social worker / Mental Health Practitioner that has worked in a variety of contexts. Having worked with children, adults and teens in a variety of contexts he brings a diverse clinical background. He has worked in residential treatment settings for adolescents, school settings, college recovery programs and corrections.

Zach is trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a method that processes traumatic memories and works through the emotional difficulties associated with trauma. He also uses methods that center around replacing our beliefs, that no longer serves us such as; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills. Through these methods, his aim is to assist people in finding fulfillment in their life.

He is licensed in state of Minnesota as a Licensed Graduate Social Worker (LGSW) and is currently pursuing licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
