Grace is a compassionate and curious mental health therapist dedicated to helping adolescents, families, and individuals recognize their inherent wisdom and power to live in alignment with their values.
She works with a variety of mental health challenges including trauma, life transitions, relationship conflict, self-esteem issues, co-occurring substance use and mental health, anxiety, depression, and ADHD. She empowers clients to strengthen their sense of self and tap into their unique strengths to build more fulfilling relationships with themselves and others.
In sessions, Grace prioritizes the therapeutic relationship, offering a nonjudgmental space for exploration by demonstrating genuine curiosity about her clients' inner worlds, beliefs, and choices. She views this relationship as a powerful tool for increasing self-compassion and developing self-esteem.
Grace holds a Master’s in Counseling and Psychological Services and a Graduate Certificate in Addiction Studies from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota (2023), as well as a Bachelor's from the University of Minnesota. She is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LADC) and is actively working toward her Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) licensure and certification in the Anchored Relational Model.
When she's not in the office, Grace enjoys going for walks with her husband and dog, crocheting, reading, and spending time in nature.
