our yoga emphasizes mental health support not fitness.
Yoga is a powerful practice that integrates movement, breath work, and mindfulness to promote overall well-being. The practice offers gentle techniques that support emotional regulation, resilience, and nervous system balance instead of fitness.
You will develop an understanding of the mind-body connection by combining breath-centered movement, meditation, and mindfulness. You will learn how to release stored tension, cultivate self-awareness, and develop coping strategies for emotional well-being.
Yoga is for every BODY, regardless of physical limitations, emotional imbalances, or chronic conditions. We will create a compassionate, supportive space where students can safely explore their practice, cultivate inner peace, and restore harmony in their lives.

Types of Yoga in our classes
Hatha Yoga – Learns the basic poses for alignment and body support
Sivananda Yoga – Develop a regard for the breath and prana and how to develop self-control
Yin Yoga – Cultivate an understanding of movement to heal, increase balance, and boost self-esteem
Raja Yoga – Encourage a discipline for easing the mind to relax, promote emotional regulation, and self-awareness in mind and body
