CARISSA WHITE IS A THERAPIST SPECIALIZING IN ISSUES RELATING TO TRAUMA, LGBTQ+ AND GRIEF AND LOSS. Carissa is educated and licensed to treat co-OCCURRING disorders.

Carissa is trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) as well as, Adaptive Internal Relational Network (AIR), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Carissa graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls and a Master’s Degree in integrated behavioral health from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. She is a member of the association for addiction professionals (NAADC) and the PSI CHI International Psychology Honorary.
