Hana Anderson, MS

As a therapist, Hana utilizes psychodynamic theory which focuses on processing past experiences, changing the way we think to manage emotions and exploring relationships. Her focus is to increase awareness around relationship patterns and how they impact our lives. These components lead to overall increased well-being and emotional growth. 

She has experience working with children, individuals, couples, and families. She sees clients as unique individuals with a variety of experiences. She values cultural humility, compassion, and respect in the therapeutic relationship. 

Hana received her Masters degree at Montana State University in 2023. She earned her bachelor degree in psychology, sociology, and social science at the University of Sioux Falls.
