Mental Health Therapist (LPCC, LICSW, LMFT)

Full time or Part time

Introspect Mental Health is looking for an individual and family psychotherapist to provide clinical services to our Cambridge location. The provider can work both in office and hybrid.

Providers must have a clinical focus on or interest in the treatment of trauma. If not trained in trauma modalities, Introspect offers a stipend for training in a trauma specific modality.

We are open to providers who are pre-licensed and working under supervision.

Qualifications/ Licensure:

LPCC/ Pre-licensed

LICSW/ LGSW

LMFT

PsyD

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

We have weekly consultation as a team; throwing out ideas, exploring blind spots and reflecting on interventions. We’re always looking to find ways to improve care for our clients. Oh, and you’ll have a forced 1 hour lunch break with your colleagues.

We serve all of Minnesota! Our Cambridge office serves the Isanti County area and is easily accessible from North Branch and East Bethel.
