How fast can I see a prescriber for ADHD testing or medication management in the East Metro?

We currently have zero waitlists for both pediatric and adult psychiatry. Our board-certified PMHNPs have immediate openings at our White Bear Lake and Cambridge hubs, as well as via Telehealth.

Do your therapists accept Minnesota Medical Assistance (MA), UCare, or HealthPartners?

Yes. We proudly accept a wide range of state and commercial insurances, including Minnesota Medical Assistance (MA), UCare, HealthPartners, Medica, and BCBS.

Do you offer Outdoor Therapy in Minneapolis or Edina?

Yes! Our specialized nature-based counseling and somatic outdoor therapy sessions take place at designated natural spaces, including Minnehaha Regional Park and Purgatory Park in the West Metro.
