Introspect Mental Health in Golden Valley is located right off of Highway 100 and Highway 55. We’re close to several schools and walking paths. Both of our providers at Golden Valley are providing outdoor therapy. Kiersten Hemsing, LPCC provides therapy for children and teens. While Kristine Pfau, MSW LGSW provides therapy for teens and adults.

Finding the right therapist for your child, your teen, or yourself can feel like a lot, and we want to make the first step easier. Our Golden Valley office at 610 Ottawa Avenue North offers individual therapy for kids ages 8 and up, teens, and adults, with play therapy for younger clients and outdoor sessions for anyone who would rather talk while walking than sit in an office. Virtual appointments are also available if that fits your schedule better. Families come to us from Golden Valley, St. Louis Park, Plymouth, Robbinsdale, and Minneapolis
