If you feel "stuck" in traditional talk therapy, or if the idea of sitting in a sterile office feels more like a chore than a path to healing, Kristine Pfau offers a refreshing alternative. Kristine is an experiential therapist who partners with the natural world to help teens, young adults, and individuals find a deeper connection to themselves.

Why Choose Outdoor Therapy?

Research shows that movement and nature can lower cortisol levels and help the brain process trauma more effectively. Kristine integrates Somatic (body-based) interventions and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while walking through local parks or sitting in nature spaces.
