Therapy for Professionals & Teens
Before transitioning into the mental health field, I spent 15 years working within corporate finance sector. This background gives me a real-world understanding of the pressures facing professionals. I specialize in helping adults navigate high stress career burnout, professional and executive dysfunction, acute work-related stress, and financial anxiety.
Whether you are managing a late-in-life ADHD diagnosis or trying to find balance with demanding corporate environments, I provide a practical, non-judgmental space.
Supporting Adults and Teens.
Finding a therapist who can connect with teens can be incredibly challenging. By using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing with a genuine approach, I create a comfortable environment where adults and teens can safely address:
ADHD & Executive Dysfunction
Academic Stress, Career Stress & Perfectionism
Anxiety, Depression, and Social Withdrawal
Clinical Specializations & Modalities
My therapeutic approach is active and collaborative. I rely heavily on Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify patterns that no longer serve them and build actionable change. My primary areas of clinical focus include:
Adult & Pediatric ADHD: Strengthening executive functioning, time management, and focus.
Adult Mental Health: Navigating difficult life transitions, identity, career and relational stress.
Addiction Recovery & Support: Providing a secure, environment for maintaining sobriety or reducing use and processing underlying challenges.
Grief & Complex Loss: Supporting individuals through difficult transitions and feelings of loss.
