Giselle Nunez is a pre-licensed clinician (pursuing Marriage and Family Therapy licensure) who earned her Master’s degree in Couple and Family Therapy from Kansas State University. She works with individuals, couples, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, ADHD, and relationship challenges.
Giselle has a particular interest in supporting clients around intimacy, sexuality, and emotional connection. She also works with individuals experiencing self-harm and suicidal thoughts, offering a compassionate and supportive space where clients can talk openly about difficult experiences. Giselle provides therapy in both English and Spanish and values creating a space where clients can express themselves in the language that feels most comfortable.
Her therapeutic approach is collaborative and relational. Giselle draws from systems-based therapy, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients better understand patterns in their relationships, develop new perspectives, and build practical tools that support healing and meaningful change.
